Training is broken down into modules to aid in mastering the various techniques.

Training is conducted so that every student learns how to use the techniques not just perform the movements.

Our philosophy is: “You are the weapon, they are the target”

A punch is not just a punch; a kick is not just a kick. The whole body works together to deliver every strike or kick so that you utilize your body weight to devastate your opponent.

Our training is focused at giving the student the skills to defend themselves against assailants whether unarmed or armed with weapons (knives, baseball bats & sticks).

   Learn the Technique

   Understand the Technique

   Forget the Technique
